📜 THE PACT: Terms of Service

Welcome to Woodland Wytchery. By crossing the threshold, browsing the archives, or purchasing a relic from this shop, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (The Pact). Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

1. The Nature of Our Craft Every physical artifact—whether it is a bottled perfume, sculpted clay, poured resin, or hammered metal—is handcrafted in the Shadow of the Woods. Because these items are made by human hands rather than machines, no two pieces are ever entirely identical. Slight variations in color, texture, or the settling of botanical ingredients are not flaws; they are the inherent magic of artisanal creation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item without prior notice.

2. The Apothecary’s Warning (Health & Safety) Our perfume oils are blended using a vegan rice bran oil base and cosmetic-grade fragrance oils. However, everyone's skin chemistry is different. By purchasing from the Perfumerie, you agree to take responsibility for your own physical well-being.

  • Patch Testing: You must always test a new fragrance on a small patch of skin before full application.

  • Allergies: If you have known sensitivities to specific oils or botanicals, please review the ingredient lists carefully. Woodland Wytchery is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our apothecary goods. Our products are for external use only and are never to be ingested.

3. The Maker's Rights (Intellectual Property) The magic woven here belongs to the creator. All original content on this website—including product descriptions, lore, photographs, label artwork, and branding—is the sole property of Woodland Wytchery.

  • Digital Wares: When you purchase a digital prompt guide or file, you are granted a license for personal use only. You may not distribute, resell, alter, or share these digital grimoires, nor may you claim the original text or formatting as your own.

4. Coin and Commerce All prices are listed accurately at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If an order must be canceled on our end (due to inventory errors or unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified and fully refunded.

5. The Journey (Shipping and Customs) Once a package leaves our hands and is entrusted to the postal service (Australia Post), Woodland Wytchery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by storms, customs, or carrier errors. International travelers (buyers outside of Australia) are solely responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by their destination country.

6. Governing Law This Pact, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
