Refund policy

For Perfumes & Apothecary Goods: Due to the intimate, cosmetic nature of perfume oils, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any apothecary items for hygiene and safety reasons. Scent is deeply subjective and uniquely altered by your personal skin chemistry. Because of this, I do not offer refunds or exchanges if a fragrance simply isn't to your liking (I always recommend testing on a small area of skin first!). However, if your glass bottle is broken, leaking, or damaged during its journey to you, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at woodlandwytchery@gmail.com. Include a clear photo of the damage and the packaging, and I will swiftly arrange a replacement.

For Handcrafted Artifacts (Resin, Clay, & Jewelry): Every relic at Woodland Wytchery is sculpted, poured, and assembled by hand in the Shadow of the Woods. Because of their handmade nature, minor variations, tiny bubbles in resin, or slight textural differences are part of their magic and are not considered defects. I do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind. If your artifact arrives damaged by the mail carrier, please reach out within 14 days with a clear photo of the damage, and I will gladly work with you to repair or replace the piece.

For Digital Wares (Prompt Guides & Digital Art): Because of the instant, downloadable nature of these goods, all digital sales are final. I do not offer "change of mind" refunds or cancellations once a file has been accessed. However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are always entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty. If your file is corrupted, fails to open, or the download link is broken, please reach out to me immediately at woodlandwytchery@gmail.com and I will ensure you get a working version of exactly what you paid for!
