Here is a Shipping Policy designed to perfectly match your "Hagcore" aesthetic while keeping your shop fully protected and your customers informed about how their artifacts will travel from your hands to theirs.

📦 THE JOURNEY: Shipping Policy

Every potion, relic, and artifact at Woodland Wytchery is carefully wrapped and prepared by hand in the Shadow of the Woods. Please read the following carefully so you know exactly how and when your package will begin its journey to you.

Preparing Your Parcel (Processing Time) Because our apothecary goods and crafts are made in small, artisanal batches, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared, packed, and shipped. During seasonal launches, sales, or particularly stormy weeks, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a missive (email) the moment your package leaves the woods.

Following the Trail (Tracking) To ensure your artifacts do not get lost in the dark, all physical orders are sent with full tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can watch its journey to your door.

Domestic Travel (Within Australia) All domestic parcels are entrusted to Australia Post.

  • Standard Tracked Post: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Post: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch. (Please note that regional areas may take a little longer to reach.)

Crossing the Oceans (International Shipping) We gladly send our wares across the seas. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard Tracked.

  • Delivery times vary wildly depending on the destination and the season, but typically take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be applied by their home country upon arrival. Woodland Wytchery is not responsible for any delays caused by international customs processing.

Instant Missives (Digital Wares) If you are purchasing a digital prompt guide or grimoire page, no physical shipping is required! Your files will be delivered instantly to your provided email address the moment your coin clears.

Lost or Misplaced Parcels Once a package is handed over to the postal service, its safe passage is out of my hands. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Woodland Wytchery is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, nor are we responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are subsequently lost or stolen from your porch.
